OS 37 SZ H

Up until recently the Raptor 30 had an OS 32 SXH. OS had not long released the 37 when it was decided to test one of these engines. The magazine reviews had been good and the general consensus on the internet forums was pretty much the same. Using the set up the magazines used we were a bit disappointed! Yes it ran but it felt restrained. The Zimmerman exhaust that used to be attached to the 32 was the problem for this engine. The 32 exhaust is fine on a 32 but not the 37! Hatori had just released the H415 muffler, this muffler is designed for the larger capacity 30’s. The result was a smoother, quieter and lots more power!!! So if you have a 37 with a smaller exhaust on it then our advice would be to change it to the Hatori H415! It may cost around £55 but the result is worth it.
